As interior designers, we know that tone plays a critical role in how a space feels. The wrong undertone can disrupt an otherwise beautiful room, while the right one creates cohesion, balance and longevity. Our colour palette has been developed to remove the guesswork, offering a carefully considered range of tones that layer effortlessly, move seamlessly from room to room, and work across both warm and cool interiors.
Rather than chasing trends, we’ve focused on core, timeless colours — refined neutrals, balanced mid-tones and deeper anchors — each designed to act as a building block within the home. Whether used alone or layered together, our palette allows you to create depth and interest without spaces feeling overly styled or “too matchy”.

Placing Your Order
We encourage you to select a cohesive edit of pieces that align with your current projects or design aesthetic.
There is no minimum order value or quantity (minimum freight charges apply).
All orders are placed via our online trade portal using your secure login details.
Once your order is submitted, a confirmation email and invoice will be issued. Please review carefully and contact us promptly should any amendments be required. If you do not receive confirmation, please email us at hello@threadhausco.com.au.
Payment
All orders are Payment Before Dispatch, unless prior approval has been granted.
Goods remain the property of ThreadHaus Co. until payment has been received in full.
Payment is required within seven (7) days of order confirmation.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex (fees may apply), Direct Deposit and approved trade payment platforms.
Orders will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
Trade Terms
Trade credit terms may be offered to approved partners following a period of consistent ordering, typically after 12 months.
All trade terms are subject to approval at the discretion of ThreadHaus Co. management.
Shipping
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately.
We ship via trusted freight partners including Australia Post and third-party couriers (subject to change).
ThreadHaus Co. is not responsible for delays once goods are in transit.
Minimum freight charges apply and may vary based on order size, location and delivery region. Orders outside metropolitan areas or international orders may require a custom freight quote.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
ThreadHaus Co. does not operate on a sale-or-return basis. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exchanges or credits (refunds are not offered) must be approved prior to return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be completed within 14 days of dispatch approval.
We do not accept returns for items used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to property styling, staging or hire.
Returns will not be accepted for general wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by external factors such as direct sunlight, relocation or improper handling.
All returned items must be unused, in original packaging and in resale condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may incur a restocking fee.
Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Approved credit notes are valid for 30 days from issue. Credits not redeemed within this period will expire.
Faulty Goods
If you believe an item is faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing hello@threadhausco.com.au, including images and a description of the issue.
Once assessed and confirmed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include replacement, repair or credit, including return freight where applicable.
Should a fault develop through normal use (excluding misuse, neglect or fair wear and tear), please contact us promptly with details and imagery so we can assess and advise on next steps.
Stocking & Trade Partnership
We value the investment our trade partners make in ThreadHaus Co. and the way our products are brought to life through your work.
To maintain an active trade account, we kindly request ongoing engagement through regular ordering.
In return, we aim to support our partners with reliable stock availability, early access to new releases and a collaborative relationship that adds value to your business.
Marketing & Styling Support
Styled imagery and brand assets are available for approved trade use across websites, social media and client presentations.
