Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your Thread Haus Co. purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request for eligible items, including pre-orders.

Please note: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted during peak sale periods, including returns due to colour, size or fabric preference.

How to Request a Return 

  • Please email hello@threadhausco.com.au with your return enquiry
  • Once approved, items must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days.
  • All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Archive Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit unless deemed faulty.

If your purchase was made through one of our authorised retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange your return.

Full-Priced Items

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags
  • Have a return request submitted within 10 days of delivery
  • Be purchased outside of peak sale periods

If these conditions are met, you may choose between a refund, exchange or store credit.

Shipping for Returns

All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any additional shipping associated with replacement items.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Thread Haus Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once your return has been received at our warehouse.

Gift with Purchase Items 

For change-of-mind returns, any Gift with Purchase items must also be returned in original condition along with the returned products.

If a gift item is not returned, a processing fee equal to the RRP of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Items 

We take great care to ensure the quality of every Thread Haus Co. product. If you believe an item is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@threadhausco.com.au.

Faulty items:

  • May be eligible for a refund or exchange following assessment
  • May require supporting images or video to identify the issue
  • Must be inspected before a resolution is provided

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once the item has been returned.

Product Guarantee 

Thread Haus Co. proudly offers a one (1) year product guarantee on home products against manufacturing faults arising from normal domestic use.

This guarantee does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.
