Order Processing & Dispatch

Outside of holiday trading periods, Thread Haus Co. aims to dispatch all orders within 48–72 hours of payment being received, subject to product availability.

While we work closely with trusted delivery partners, occasional delays may occur once orders are in transit. Dispatch and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on order size, weight and delivery location. 
  • Rates are determined by our courier partners to reflect the most accurate cost for each order.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and selected courier service. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout where available.

Thread Haus Co. is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks once orders have been dispatched.
