Thread Haus Co. feather inserts are designed for lasting comfort, structure and support. With the right care, they will maintain their loft and shape over time.

  • Fluff regularly: Gently fluff your inserts daily or as needed to redistribute the filling and maintain a full, plump appearance.
  • Air occasionally: Allow inserts to air out in a well-ventilated space to keep them fresh.
  • Avoid moisture: Keep inserts dry and avoid prolonged exposure to damp environments, as this can affect the integrity of the feather filling.
  • Spot clean only: If needed, lightly spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash.
  • Use with covers: Always use your insert with a cushion cover to protect it and extend its lifespan.

All filled Thread Haus Co. cushions are paired with a premium feather inserts, selected for its softness, support and beautifully full finish.

For a more structured, plump look we recommend choosing an insert one size larger than your cushion cover. This option is available across our standard cushion sizes: 40×60 cm, 50×50 cm and 60×60 cm.

FLUFFING TECHNIQUE

To achieve the relaxed, sculpted look seen throughout our imagery, we recommend the following simple technique. Regular fluffing will help maintain volume and extend the life of your Thread Haus Co feather insert.

1. Hold your cushion upright, gripping both sides firmly.

2. Gently shake and rotate the cushion to evenly redistribute the filling.

3. Once placed, lightly press the top centre to create a soft, tailored shape.
